Ingredients Checklist(tap to check off)
- 2 cups Butternut squash (peeled and cubed)
- 1 tablespoon Sunflower oil
- 2 tablespoons Raw unsalted sunflower seeds (shelled)
- 1 teaspoon Raw honey
Baking Instructions(tap to mark complete)
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line your baking sheet.
- Toss the 2 cups of cubed butternut squash with the 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil and 1 teaspoon of honey.
- Lay the cubes on the sheet in a single layer. Roast for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle the 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds over the squash, and return to bake for 10 more minutes.
- Let cool completely. Place on a tree stump or outdoor plate for birds, squirrels, or raccoons.
