- 1 cup Lean ground turkey (plain, cooked)
- 1/2 cup Mashed cooked sweet potato
- 1 cup Oat flour
- 2 tablespoons Dried unsweetened cranberries (chopped)
- 1 egg yolk Egg yolk
Baking Instructions(tap to mark complete)
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line your baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, pulse cooked turkey, sweet potato, and egg yolk until well combined.
- Transfer to a bowl and fold in 1 cup oat flour and chopped cranberries to make a dense dough.
- Press dough into a 1/2-inch slab and cut into bite-sized squares or paw shapes.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely and store in the refrigerator.
