- 1.5 cups Rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Raw unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup Unsweetened dried blueberries
- 1 banana Mashed ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons Raw honey
Baking Instructions(tap to mark complete)
- Preheat oven to 325°F and line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix rolled oats, sunflower seeds, and dried blueberries.
- In a separate bowl, mash banana and stir in honey until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then press firmly into the baking dish.
- Bake for 18 minutes. Cool completely, then slice into 16 snack bars.
