- 1 cup Oat flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 banana Ripe banana (mashed)
- 2 tablespoons Raw honey
- 2 tablespoons Coconut oil (melted)
- 1 egg Fresh egg
- 1/2 cup Frosting: Plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Frosting: Smooth peanut butter
Baking Instructions(tap to mark complete)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Whisk the 1 cup of oat flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder in a medium bowl.
- Mash the ripe banana. Mix in the 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, and the egg.
- Stir wet and dry ingredients together. Spoon into muffin cups and bake for 15-18 minutes. Let cool.
- Whisk 1/2 cup greek yogurt and 2 tablespoons peanut butter until thick, frost pupcakes, and top with a dog treat.
