- 1 can (5 oz) Canned tuna (in water, drained)
- 2 Egg whites
Baking Instructions(tap to mark complete)
- Preheat oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, blend the drained tuna until very finely minced.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until frothy but not stiff.
- Fold the minced tuna into the egg whites gently.
- Drop tiny amounts (about 1/4 teaspoon) onto the baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes until set.
