Ingredients Checklist(tap to check off)
- 1/2 cup Fresh broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup Carrot (peeled and sliced)
- 1/4 cup Red bell pepper (no seeds or stem)
- 1 teaspoon Chia seeds
Baking Instructions(tap to mark complete)
- Wash all fresh vegetables thoroughly in cold water.
- Put the 1/2 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup carrot, and 1/4 cup red bell pepper into a food processor.
- Pulse until everything is chopped into tiny seed-sized pieces. Do not blend into a paste!
- Transfer to a bowl and mix in the chia seeds.
- Spoon into small feeding cups and serve fresh. Discard any uneaten veggie chop after 4 hours.
