Almonds and seeds provide vital amino acids and energy, while papaya provides vitamins for beak health.

Ingredients Checklist(tap to check off)
- 1/2 cup Rolled oats
- 1/4 cup Wild bird seeds
- 2 tablespoons Raw chopped almonds (unsalted)
- 2 tablespoons Dried papaya or apple (finely chopped)
- 1 egg white Egg white (binder)
- 1 tablespoon Raw honey
Baking Instructions(tap to mark complete)
- Preheat oven to 325°F and line your baking sheet.
- Mix the 1/2 cup oats, 1/4 cup bird seed, almonds, and chopped dried fruit in a bowl.
- Whisk the egg white and 1 tablespoon of honey together, then fold into the seed mix until well coated.
- Form the mixture into 4 log shapes on your baking sheet. Insert a clean twig into one end of each log if you'd like to hang them.
- Bake for 20 minutes until firm and dry. Cool completely before hanging in your bird's cage or a tree.
